Refund/Return

If you are not completely satisfied with any of our products, please return the product back to us within 30 days of the original receipt date for a full refund (minus the original shipping and handling costs, and restocking fee if applicable). Exceptions to this promise are noted below.

What you need to know:

* PRODUCTS DAMAGED WHILE IN YOUR POSSESION (DUE TO ACCIDENT, FIRE, WATER DAMAGE, NATURAL CAUSES, ALTERATION, ABUSE, OR MISUSE) ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

* Non-damaged products are refundable

* Manufacturing defective products are refundable

* Products damaged during shipping from us may be covered by insurance and/or refundable

* Products damaged during shipping from you to us are not refundable. We recommend that you securely pack the returned product(s) well. You should also insure the returned package for the shipment in case the package gets damaged by your shipping carrier during the return.

* The shipping & handling costs we incurred to ship the products to you are not refundable. When the product(s) was originally shipped under "Flat-rate per item shipping", "Shipping Special", "Discount or free shipping coupon", or "Free Shipping": a flat-rate shipping & handling charge will be deducted from the total refund amount for each refund, using following schedule based on purchased product price. Product price (shipping & handling charge deducted): Less than $40 ($5), $41 to $100 ($10), $101 to $200 ($15), $200 to $299 ($20), $300 to $399 ($30), $400 to $499 ($45), $500 to $699 ($60), $700 to $999 ($80), $1,000 to $1,999 ($120), $2,000 to $3,999 ($220), over $4,000 (at initial costs). Note: For Hawaii, Alaska, and other US teritories (outside lower 48 states): actual shipping & handling costs apply.

* The shipping costs you incur to return the products back to us are not refundable

* The date stamp on the returned package is used as the return date

Return/Refund Requirements:

* Before returning the products, you MUST send an email informing us of the return - to return@efSOLAR.com specifying the product item #, product description, the reason for the return (This will help us to provide better products & services to you. Your reasoning will not affect your refund.) This will ensure that you will get a proper credit for your return & a timely refund. Please use email for this return notification, no phone call notification please. We will email you return confirmation and additional item-specific instructions if needed. Please use this information to ship back the return.

* The return date must be within 30 days from our original receipt date

* The returned package must arrive at our location no later than 45 days from the original product receipt date to be considered refundable

* The original receipt shipped with the product is required for refund and must be included with the returned package

* Products must be returned with complete original packaging, parts, accessories - as shipped from us

Restocking Fee:

Vast majority of our products have NO restocking fee.

Very few products have a restocking fee. For these products: the restocking fee is clearly specified with the product on the product detail page.

Manufacturing defective products:

* If you suspect that a product is defective, please first contact the manufacturer support to resolve potential defect and/or usage problem, as this can help resolving most problems. Under warranty agreement and/or manufacturer’s discretion, solutions can vary on case by case basis (i.e. replacement, repair, technical advises, etc.).

* If you would like to return defective product back to efSOLAR, while still within efSOLAR money back guaranteed period, the defective product is refundable. Original shipping and handling costs are not refundable. You are also responsible for shipping costs to send the product back.

* If efSOLAR money back guaranteed period has expired, the defective product is not refundable or returnable to efSOLAR. You will have to obtain warranty coverage directly from the manufacturer, if the product is still under their warranty.

Exception: efSOLAR 30-day money back guarantee offer does not cover custom order and manufacturer-shipped products (such as Photovoltaics (PV) power systems, multi-pack large rooftop solar panels). They are normally covered under a much longer manufacturer warranty instead. In such cases, the exception to efSOLAR's guarantee is noted on the detailed product page as well.
